All of the tickets you buy on Boulder Tickets are legitimate tickets and valid for entry to your event:

All of the tickets sold on Boulder Tickets are guaranteed to be authentic tickets which are valid for entry to the event selected. Customers should contact Boulder Tickets ASAP if there is any problem using their tickets at the venue. Customers need to access evidence of invalidity from the venue in those cases when the ticketing issue is not resolved. We requires this evidence in order to obtain a refund. The evidence could range from a letter from the venue or even a simple email identifiably from venue personnel verifying that there was a problem scanning the tickets.

All tickets we deliver will be the same, equal, or better than the tickets that you originally request while placing your order online:

In some rare cases, the tickets you originally request will not be available for sale. In the event that this happens, Boulder Tickets will provide you with equal or superior seating. Customers should contact Boulder Tickets ASAP if they are unhappy with any alternate tickets and we will investigate the issue for you in order to reach an amicable conclusion.

All tickets will be delivered before the date of the event.

Boulder Tickets guarantees that the tickets will be shipped to the purchaser in sufficient time so that at least one delivery attempt is made before the event occurs. Please note that the purchaser is responsible for making himself or herself available to receive delivery of the tickets when a delivery attempt is made. If your tickets do not ship or do not get otherwise delivered in time to access them for the event, we will obtain refund for the customer.

If an event is permanently cancelled, a refund will be issued.

Boulder Tickets will provide the purchaser a full refund of the ticket order, excluding delivery fees. The tickets may be required to be returned prior to issuing a refund to the customer. Please note that in cases when an event is rescheduled, the tickets are simply good for the newly scheduled date and no refunds will be issued.
